A visionary leader and accomplished entrepreneur, George Tsunis founded Chartwell Hotels with a mission to deliver top-tier hospitality through strong brand partnerships and exceptional operations. Under his leadership, Chartwell has grown into a premier hotel management and development firm across the Northeast.
John Marinos
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
John oversees all financial functions for Chartwell Hotels, including accounting, financial planning, operational and capital budgeting and financial reporting. His extensive experience in hospitality finance ensures strategic oversight and fiscal integrity across all Chartwell properties.
Jennifer Locey
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jennifer brings over two decades of hospitality experience to her role as COO. She leads operational strategy and property performance with a focus on efficiency, team leadership, and delivering superior guest experiences.
Holly Kremser
VICE PRESIDENT, QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Holly oversees quality assurance and guest satisfaction initiatives, working with property teams to uphold brand standards and enhance the guest experience. Her attention to detail and passion for excellence drive continuous improvement. She managed award winning hotels during her tenure as a general manager including Marriott’s hotel of the year, and Marriott’s Platinum and silver awards.
Candace McCullough
CONTROLLER/HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Candace is responsible for all accounting activities, including budget management, data processing, payroll, accounts payable and financial reporting. She also manages key areas within human resources, such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration and performance management processes.
