Jeffrey Pelletier

Mr. Pelletier oversees the rooms merchandising and sales effort for all Chartwell Hotels. He has been instrumental in developing and implemented "Chartwell Sellwell" which defines proven standard operating procedures and creates goals for each individual salesperson for an effective sales effort. The execution of this platform has lead to year-over-year increases of 12.5% and 7.7% at the Holiday Inn Concord, NH, and Holiday Inn Williamsport, PA, respectively.

In addition to his role with Chartwell Hotels, Mr. Pelletier also currently serves as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Concord. Prior to joining Chartwell Hotels in 2005, Mr. Pelletier was the Corporate Sales Manager for the award-winning Crowne Plaza Hotel, Nashua, NH. At the Crowne Plaza, Mr. Pelletier also served as Catering Sales Manager, Front Office Manager, and Assistant Banquet Manager/Beverage Manager. Previously, Mr. Pelletier was a General Manager of a retail store and a Food Service Supervisor for St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua, NH.

Mr. Pelletier is a 1998 graduate of the University of New Hampshire and serves on the Board of Directors for the NH Lodging & Restaurant Association.
